If you are more traditional, decor-wise, don’t stop reading yet! Dark tile and/or fixtures can be mixed with white fixtures to create a spectacular black/white decor.
Dark color schemes are sometimes selected for a more masculine decor, but of course anyone can love the subtle and darker colors. How about a nice brown color scheme, with white trim? Break out of the mold, be adventurous! Pinterest has a whole category called “brown bathrooms”, and many of them look distinctly feminine, proving that all color schemes work for both men and women.
