Kitchen update ideas

Many of us know that it will be many long years before we do another kitchen upgrade, so it can make one very careful to be sure to get everything just right.

• If you don’t already have one, a kitchen island is a great addition; be sure you have enough space to work around it, you don’t want to crowd yourself. Check with your contractor and online to determine how much “walking around” space you will need.
• New countertops make a big impact in your kitchen. Prices range from budget friendly laminates, to pricey but gorgeous quartz and stone.
