His and her bath suites

Here’s a great idea; split a large master bath and coordinate for “his” side and “her” side. This concept expands on the double sink lav arrangement. Depending on the dimensions of the room, you can have dual lavs and showers, or perhaps 2 of everything!

Taking the concept even farther, two completely separate master baths can be created, one designed to be more masculine, one more feminine.  Houzz.com  has some great photos with ideas that will get your imagination going. It doesn’t require as much room as you might think!

While you’re working out who gets exactly how many square feet, be sure to include in-floor heating and heated towel racks.
