Rose Construction, Inc.: As of May 23rd, 2010, we are fully certified to perform lead renovation work. Our certification #NAT 38951-1. Rose Construction, Inc. is now fully qualified in all EPA specified procedures to safely perform renovations in older homes (built prior to 1978) that may be contaminated with lead paint.
Russ Lindal: Our Master Carpenter, earned his Certified Lead Renovator Certificate #R-1-8869-10-1887 on April 28, 2010.
DyLon McClary: Rose Construction’s Project Manager earned his Certified Lead Renovator Certificate #R-1-8869-10-0874 on March 23, 2010.
Pat Rose: BIAWC 2009 Remodeler of the Year Award. Pat received the award from the Building Industry Association of Whatcom County (BIAWC). Pat and her team of master carpenters are honored for excellence in home remodeling.
Rose Construction, Inc and our team of master carpenters received 3 REX (Remodeling Excellence Awards) presented by BIAWC and NAHB (National Association of Home builders and Remodelers). The awards were given for: Residential Bath Remodel in the $25,000 - $75,000 range; Residential Remodel – Addition in the $75,000 - $150,000 range; and Residential Kitchen Remodel Under $30,000.

DyLon is one of only 2000 professional Remodelers nationwide who has earned this designation from the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) RemodelersTM Council. CGR recognizes those Remodelers who demonstrate exceptional business integrity, technical competence, a solid track record of customer satisfaction and adherence to a strict Code of Ethics.
